I. Communication with customers in the early stage
1.1 Establish communication goals
Understand customer needs and market dynamics, determine the feasibility of solutions and the estimated costs, and provide constructive assistance to customers.
1.2 Make a communication plan

1.3. Prepare the analyses of the advantages and disadvantages
Advantages: SH-Link has independent design and R&D capabilities and is equipped with a comprehensive inspection and testing equipment to meet the design and production needs.
Disadvantages: The unit price of products is easily affected by the price of raw materials in the market, and the validity period of product quotation is one to three months. For the uncontrollable increase in raw material costs, we have no other choice.
1.4 Develop an emergency response plan
We have developed a design outline, determined what we need to do at each node, and anticipated the possible situations in advance to ensure that our design unfolds as scheduled. Fortunately, everything goes smoothly.
1.5 Reach an agreement
We agree that with global climate changes, FAKRA waterproof connectors will become a mainstream trend.
II. Demand analysis and design
2.1 Anticipated material planning of the product
The plastic shell adopts PA66+30%GF;
Hardware parts adopt high-quality brass as the material.

2.3 Product design concept
SH-Link provides C type and D type FAKRA male waterproof panel mount connectors, which have perfect performance after assembling with client box parts, and the waterproof and dustproof effect reaches IP67 or above.
2.4 Preliminary plan determination
After the customer confirmed that the design scheme was feasible, we submitted the initial sample and successfully installed the client box and other spare parts.
2.5 Scheme acceptance
After a reliable test phase, the customer successfully launched its electronic case, and the project went into mass production smoothly. Customers are very satisfied with our products.
III. Confirm requirements & sign contract
In January 2021, the customer confirmed the final design. We sealed all technical data and information. After signing a series of cooperation agreements, the customer included us in the official supplier system and sent a bulk purchase contract.
IV. Product scale production
Since January, we will deliver 50K PCS products to customers every month.
V. Product packaging specification
The products are packed in PE bags, which is an economical and practical packaging method.
